BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to timely appointment bookings, 50% upfront payment for all treatments is required upon booking and before receiving confirmation of your appointment.
Cancellation or amendments to appointments within 72 are charged at 50% of the remainder of the balance owed, 100% is charged if cancellation or amendment is made on the day of the appointment.
